Rules of Entry

Please read these in line with the film categories and judging criteria

The following requirements must be met:

  • Individuals may submit a maximum of 1 film which must be endorsed by a responsible adult.  Proof of age and affiliation to a Cambridgeshire learning establishment or registration of home schooling within Cambridgeshire will be required.

  • Only films suitable for a General Audience (e.g. not containing bad language or unnecessary violence) will be accepted for nomination from primary aged pupils and published in the public arena (ie U-PG ratings).

  • Secondary and older submissions suitable for an older 12+ or 15+ audience will be accepted for nomination and will be submitted and subsequently published to a separate registered site.

  • All entries featuring young people will have secured appropriate parental permissions for public viewing. Documentation may be asked for by the organisers.

  • It is assumed on submission, that content clearance has been obtained for products, logos & brand names; clips, stock footage, music and images; font, text & designs; famous works & people to ensure that there is no Copyright Infringement.

  • Films should NOT exceed the specified maximum length for each category

The organisers reserve the right to amend these rules and the judging criteria at any time.
